Jummps Refund Policy


The moment your order is confirmed by our payment gateway, you have locked in your purchase. If for whatever reason there is a problem with the transaction please contact Jummps with the information for the transaction at hand and we can investigate and provide a refund if such is found to be warranted. 



If you are unable to attend your booked sessions and provide 48 hours notice of non attendance, Jummps will rebook your session for another time that is available.

You will require proof of booking to reschedule.
